Ordering & Gifting
Yes. During checkout, you can enter the recipient’s address and we’ll deliver the gift directly to them. Basketful gifts are perfect for surprise deliveries, long-distance gifting, and corporate presents. No pricing information is included inside the gift.
Each Basketful gift is carefully curated with hand-picked items chosen to complement one another. Depending on the collection, baskets may include artisanal treats, premium snacks, beauty products, or specialty items. Full contents are always listed on the product page so you know exactly what you’re gifting.
Yes. You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we’ll include it inside the basket to make your gift even more thoughtful.
Good things come well prepared. We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to allow time for careful preparation and any special requests. This helps us create a gift that’s perfect for birthdays, holidays, corporate gifting, and special occasions.
Delivery, Pickup & Location
Basketful is proudly based in Siebnen, Switzerland, where every gift is handcrafted with care.
Free local pickup from our Siebnen location is also available by appointment only.
We currently offer delivery within the following areas:
Delivery Rates
- Local delivery (Siebnen, Lachen, Pfäffikon, Reichenburg): Free
- Canton Zurich, Zug, and Liechtenstein: Flat rate CHF 50
- Canton St. Gallen: Flat rate CHF 80
Free delivery applies to all orders over CHF 200, regardless of distance within these regions.
Free local pickup from our Siebnen location is also available by appointment only.
If you’re outside these areas, please reach out — we’ll do our best to assist.
Policies & Support
We take great care to ensure every Basketful gift arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll assist promptly to resolve the issue.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, preparation begins to ensure timely delivery. If you need urgent changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or perishable items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly and we’ll work with you to find a solution. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
